Dancing Dragonflies – SIP Challenge 110

Posted on

In an attempt to reclaim my mojo I found a new weekly challenge over at Stamp, Ink, Paper to help. This week’s SIP Challenge #110 is all about Primary Colours – Red, Blue and Yellow. Here’s my take…

It’s embarrassing to admit but this one single card took an entire afternoon. Why I had to choose ink-painting and sponging for my “return” to card-making I really couldn’t say!

Carols of Christmas – Early Bundle Release

In case my post from yesterday of the early release Carols of Christmas and Card Front Builder Thinlits Dies piqued your interest, here is a Stampin’ Up! video sharing the details from their sample cards.

Isn’t that shaker card in blue just divine? Oh my goodness, please let me know if you’d like to book some time to spend a day or two getting all your Christmas cards made now, over the summer, so you are ahead of schedule! Seriously how good would THAT feel?

Carols of Christmas – August Early-Bird Bundle!

Posted on

As a teaser for the upcoming Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog which will be released next month (September 1st), just for this month of August Stampin’ Up! are offering an early-bird bundle on the Carols of Christmas Stamp Set and Card Front Builder Thinlits Dies.

Here are some of the fabulous Stampin’ Up! samples and the beautiful stamps within the Carols of Christmas Stamp Set.

Below are the Card Front Builder Thinlits Dies along with all the prices should you wish to buy individually or as a bundle. The choice is yours but thinking ahead, I think it would be cheaper to buy the bundle now as I’m sure you’ll only regret it later if you don’t!

Looking at those thinlets, it’s really only the two Christmas ornaments dies that you couldn’t use all year. On saying that, I’m now wondering if a lot of those smaller ornament images were die-cut, if you could in fact use them on mass to create a different type of background. Just a thoughtie…
