This week I’m having the best time with a new stamp set. It can be used for just so many occasions – male or female. The Amazing Congratulations Stamp Set can be found on page 51 of the 2018 Occasions Catalog.
This stamp set has 14 photopolymer stamps with CONGRATULATIONS a three-step process – stamp the online, then stamp the darkest color, finishing with a lighter ink to blend the two colors.
