I know, I know, I’ve been saying since the beginning of this year that I seem to be always a month behind but as you can now see, I’m officially TWO months behind! And what’s worse, I had plans for these school holidays to get my scrapbooking all up to date but already a week has gone by and nothing… and judging by our schedule for the next week, nothing is how it shall remain!
However… as inspiration I asked my mother if I could borrow two albums I did for as a Mother’s Day gift back in 2007. I did two 6″x6″ albums for her – one for each child. Then I did double page spreads – choosing a happy snap from our travels for the left hand page, then adding a quote to match the photo/s on the right hand side. This is one of my favourite spreads of my son in the Sahara Desert…
I just love these albums and although I haven’t completed any pages for quite some time now, I have added this album to my scrapbooking album. Yes, at long last I have something in there… woo hoo!
