Dang Cat!

Fergus, our cheeky fur-ball, has a tendency of starting up the printer or scanner whilst on his way to the window to obtain the best vantage point of the front garden. It’s not unusual to see numerous blank pieces of paper sitting in the out tray after one of his ventures.

But in this instance his nimble claws published this picture without as much as a  how do you do… and I’m not even going to mention that he’s now sitting on my chest as I’m typing this… dang cat! What Fergus failed to mention was that this was June’s Off-the-Page class…

This month was going to be a mini scrapbook but once I saw this wonderful card holder designed by the very talented Christine Healey (SUD) I instantly knew that this would be something that could be used many times over as this folder holds three cards and envelopes comfortably. Just perfect as a gift!

For this set I used the Cottage Wall DSP and the Vintage Vogue stamp set and Very Vintage Wheel. All these are available in the current Autumn-Winter Catalogue. Don’t hesitate to contact me inkeefiddlings@gmail.com or 07 5309 6364 – should you require any further information or would like to place an order for any of the products used, or heck, if you simply what to purchase the finished product itself!

And don’t forget, you don’t need to be local to place an order with me as orders can be delivered directly to your door  anywhere within Australia – how good is that!

As I said earlier, this card folder with three cards makes a wonderful gift. Here are a few I made for my recent trip to the Perth, what do you think?

Where did that week go?

Never ceases to amaze me how quickly the week goes once we get through Tuesday! I’ve always had a problem with Tuesday’s for some weird reason. I can remember at my very first job, the other receptionist would come in all hung-over on a Monday whereas I would arrive bouncing regardless of the week-end but come Tuesday… my goodness… yes very peculiar but true!

One thing I am very proud of though this week was that I finally returned a set of stamps to my upline. Steph lent me this set BEFORE Easter but even though the set was ready to be returned after Easter, do you think I could do it? Nope! But this week I had it in the post so YEA ME!

Of course though I couldn’t simply put the stamp set in the post so I did a tag for the outside. What do you think?

I just have to share…

my favourite stamp set for the month of April would have had to have been  Vintage Vogue from the 2010 Autumn-Winter Mini. It was as though I had no other stamp sets but anyone who has been into my studio will attest to the fact I most certainly do have other sets. What can I say, I just couldn’t help myself… and combined with the gorgeous Rich Razzleberry (which I’m excited to say is going to be part of the New Colour Collection being introduced September 1, 2010), and the Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel well, it was all  just too much and well, I became a little carried away you might say!

If you too would like to get carried away as I did, please contact me to order your supplies on 0412 432 612 or email me at inkeefiddlings@gmail.com.
